The Board of Directors have scheduled the monthly meeting of the GHS XC Track Booster Club to be at 6:30pm EST, on Wednesday September 29th, 2021. It will be held in the basement of the Bethany Baptiste Church at 72 Ryan Street, Gardner, MA 01440.
The agenda for the meeting will be emailed and posted in the next few days.
The draft meeting minutes for the last meeting on 08/17/2021 were sent out in an email on 08/24/2021, along with the final approved minutes of 06/01/2021. If you did not receive said email with the meeting minutes, please email the Secretary to have your email added to the mailing list (firstname.lastname@example.org)

Race Committee (42nd Annual Greater Gardner Turkey Trot) August Meeting Agenda and Draft Minutes Posted
The Clerk of the Race Committee has uploaded and posted the agenda and draft minutes from the recent meeting of August 29th, 2021. All members of the Club and interested volunteers should have received that email this afternoon. If you wish (especially if you are a part of the communities of Templeton and Phillipston) please email the Secretary of the Club (email@example.com) to state your interest in helping in the Turkey Trot and to receive updates on what you can do to help, and when the second (and final) planning meeting will be held.
