What Do I need for Cross Country?
1.)Fill out the sports registration online before practices begin
2.)Have a up to date physical on file with the school Nurse before practices begin
3.)Bring water, wear running shoes & running clothes to All practices
4.) Pay user fee before the first cross Country meet

​Our Last night is Aug 13. With the Raffle Prize Drawings and one last fun walk or run at the MWCC track.
